Sometimes you just need to sit down and get **it done.
GET **IT DONE CLUB Co-Work & Connect events give you a relaxed space to work alongside other people who are getting on with their own stuff too.
There's no schedule to follow and no expectation to participate - come and go as you please, find a space, get your laptop out and crack on!
You could stay for 30 minutes or the full three hours. It's completely up to you.
Co-work
What work should you actually do there? Whatever needs doing!
Emails. Admin. Content. Planning. Bookkeeping. Your website. A presentation. Your next big idea. That thing you've been avoiding forever…
Bring your laptop, headphones, notebook, planner or anything else that helps you work. There's plenty of space to spread out - The Welshot Creative Hub provides a safe, welcoming and quiet place where people have plenty of room to focus on their own work while benefiting from the gentle accountability of others working nearby. The main table can remain a calm, focused working space, while separate breakout areas give anyone who would like to chat, connect or network somewhere to do that without disturbing others. Wi-Fi and refreshments are available to help keep you fuelled!
Connect
Co-work And Connect is intentionally low-key. You might come with a friend or colleague, you might have a coffee and a chat with someone. You might ask someone a question, and you might recognise someone you know from the next table…
Or you might put your headphones on and not speak to anyone for three hours.
All of those are completely acceptable!
We'll also have the option for you to leave your business card at the event. We'll photograph the cards afterwards and share them as a simple way of helping people discover who's been co-working with us.
Because working for yourself shouldn’t have to mean working by yourself.
