To us, we don’t care about your gender, your industry or even if you’re self-employed or employed. If you’re feeling like an under-dog, have a naggy voice in your head telling you you’re not good enough, or you need to get **it done, then there is space for you!GET **IT DONE CLUB Chester meets at Moxy Hotel, which is the perfect setting to chat with new connections and share your ideas, experiences and insights with like-minded people, in an environment that encourages collaboration over competition.

Geraldine is a Cosmetic Safety Assessor who’s spent over a decade working behind the scenes in the beauty industry, making sure the products we use every day are actually safe. What began as a career in science and chemistry evolved into a passion for helping people understand what’s really in their cosmetics and how those products are regulated. After years working in industry and assessing thousands of products, Geraldine saw how confusing and overwhelming cosmetic safety can be, especially for small business owners and everyday consumers. So she made it her mission to simplify it. Today, she’s supported more than 700 brands in bringing safe, compliant products to market, while also helping people cut through the myths and marketing.
In this talk you'll learn how to understand cosmetic ingredients and claims, separate myths from facts, and feel confident that the products you're using are safe.
