I’m Steph Scragg, founder and CEO of Inspiration Coaching & Consultancy Ltd. I’m an Executive Coach, transformation specialist, and spiritual guide with more than 20 years’ experience across nursing, leadership, quality assurance, and organisational change. My work bridges the worlds of human transformation and system transformation, helping people reconnect with who they are while supporting organisations to become healthier, more resilient places to work and lead.
I support individuals who feel ready for deeper alignment in their life, career, or business. Many of my clients are business owners, leaders, or professionals navigating emotional overwhelm, burnout, identity shifts, or a desire to create more purpose, clarity, and fulfilment. Through coaching, wellbeing work, intuitive guidance, and holistic tools, I help them move from survival mode into empowered, grounded, soul-led living.
Alongside individual coaching, I partner with organisations to deliver leadership development, culture change programmes, workforce wellbeing, and specialist consultancy across care, education, and health sectors. This includes transformation support, policy and systems review, audit training, coaching communities of practice, and bespoke development programmes.
My mission is to create spaces that elevate both people and systems. Whether it’s a coaching space, immersive experience or quality improvement project partnership & improved outcomes come at the heart of it all.
