Hi, I’m Amber, founder of Holistic IQ! I’m passionate about wellness, nutrition and self healing, with a special interest in women’s and hormonal health.
The Holistic IQ platform connects people with trusted wellness practitioners, making it easier to find and book the right support. I also run in-person wellness workshops, with a focus on reaching those who might not usually have access, and I’m really interested in expanding into corporate wellness sessions too. I’m currently training in health and nutrition coaching to deepen the support I can offer.
